HI, I'M CHELSEA!

And I'm so happy to have you here.

I am a mom, a graphic designer, a former ski racer and a yogi. I was also a collegiate D1 athlete who suffered injuries that carried on in my body and my movement for many years after. I have also extensively studied brain health and like to incorporate brain-healthy habits into my classes for novelty, stimulation and growth. 

 

A functional approach to movement and yoga, through the LYT Yoga Method, has been what has changed me for the better. LYT Yoga, developed by physical therapist Lara Heimann, focuses on core integration, functional movement and mobility, postural alignment as well as nervous system regulation. With no more pain and such a better understanding of the body and movement, I feel good in my body and I love passing on this knowledge to my clients.
