MOVEWELL with Chelsea is here to help you feel better in your body both on AND off the yoga mat. I teach functional yoga and mobility to help you feel better in life. If you are coming back from injury or suffer from chronic aches and pains, I am here to help you optimize the way you move, not just on your yoga mat, but with lessons you can bring into your daily life. 

 

Individual or group classes can be tailored to address specifically what the individual or the group needs to help them feel their best. Individual private classes begin with an intake assessment, a free postural analysis and a recording of their class to take home and review.

Private  

YOGA SESSIONS

(60 minutes)   -   $100 for individuals or $60/hour per person

Based on your needs and goals, this class will be tailored just for you! A private class is perfect for the student that might be feeling pain or discomfort, need specific pose modifications or for someone who simply wants one-on-one instruction to deepen their practice. With a therapeutic approach, I will guide you in mobilizing and strengthening the body to alleviate pain and correct imbalances in the body. I will provide you with a get-to-know-you questionnaire before our session, so I can create a class specifically for YOU. The sessions can include: guided soft tissue mobilization, strength and mobility training, postural analysis, and/or stress relief meditation and a take-home video of the class for you to keep. 

Due to Covid-19 and out of an abundance of caution all private sessions will

be taught over Zoom (for now.)
